Porsche has revealed details of its luxury residential tower in Bangkok, Thailand. The luxury car brand will collaborate with Ananda Development, a property development company, on the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, which is expected to start construction in 2025 and end in approximately three years.

The 21-story residence will have 22 Sky Villas of different sizes, FRPM 525 square meters to 1,135 square meters. Property prices are expected to range from $15m to $40m.

“I can’t await the opening of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, which will be the third Porsche Design real estate project globally and the first in Asia,” says Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Porsche AG.

“The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is the next big thing for Porsche in Southeast Asia. The region is becoming increasingly important for us which is highlighted by major events taking place here these days. To name just one example: in January we celebrated the World Premier of the new all-electric Macan in Singapore.” added Meschke.

In this project, Porsche plans to provide an exclusive experience to its owners, similar to its vision as a luxury car brand. Porsche Design Tower Bangkok has a few unique features, such as ‘Passion Spaces’, designed as luxury garages for the tower’s residents.

“Following Professor F. A. Porsche’s design philosophy of ‘optimizing function while uncompromisingly reducing the form to the essentials’ Porsche Design Tower Bangkok represents a groundbreaking fusion of exquisite design and optimal functionality. Our vision is to create a living space where one’s passion thrives. We aspire for passion in every endeavor, ensuring that our projects transcend living spaces to become expressions of individuality,” said Stefan Buescher, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche Lifestyle Group.

The high-rise building has spiral car access ramps at the center and a functional façade that transforms spaces with the push of a button. Inspired by the Porsche 911 Targa roof mechanism, the façade features a fully automated terrace door system for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
