Inspired by the French Riviera, the facade features sleek and subtle contours that flow organically, offering picturesque views from every angle.
Digital Fabrication and Custom Engineering
Composed of reinforced concrete at its core and a perimeter frame that allows expansion, the structure offers column-free living spaces. The curtain wall with custom-made elements follows the form of the curving facade, embracing precision and attributes during construction. This dynamic play of material and spatiality provides luxury with world-class amenities.
From Cannes to Monaco: Residences Named for the Riviera
The Bugatti Residences comprises 43 floors, accommodating residents with four basement levels for parking, each named after a French coastal city such as Cannes, 2036 sq ft, two-bedroom luxurious residence that opens onto a private pool terrace while Monaco, a four bedroom house on the top floors that feels like floating in the air with full height glass connecting to the dubai’s surrounding skyline. The 15,000 sqft sky mansions feature personal elevators and a private car lift, requiring specialized structural and mechanical expertise.
Connecting the community and culture, the 12th floor is reserved for the luxurious comforts, where the beach club is above the sea, pinnacled with palm trees and a blue lagoon, enhancing the grace of the built form.
