Alan Cation:
You must have Rhino 7, this will not work on previous versions of Rhino. Please install all Grasshopper plugins prior to the workshop, which are included in the workshop files. The plugins that are included and are used in this workshop are: Weaverbird, Chromodoris, Pufferfish, Meshedit2000
*Also Kangaroo 2, however, this now comes pre-installed as a part of Grasshopper with Rhino 7. There is no need to install this.
To install plugins: In Rhino, launch Grasshopper. In Grasshopper, go to File, and drop down to Special Folders. Hovering over Special Folders, click “Components Folder”. Drop the included plugins into that folder.Make sure that you right click, press properties, and UNBLOCK all green .gha files! The plugins will not load if you do not do this.Restart Rhino and Grasshopper.
The workshop also uses user objects that I have created myself. To install these user objects:In Rhino, launch Grasshopper. In Grasshopper, go to File, and drop down to Special Folders. Hovering over Special Folders, click “User Object Folder”. Drop the included (yellow icon files) user objects into that folder.
The user objects will show up in a tab called “User”.
