Fifteen years after opening the original museum, Safdie Architects has completed a major expansion of the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas. The 25th edition of the Serpentine Pavilion has opened in London’s Kensington Gardens, marking a milestone year for one of the world’s most influential architectural commissions. The Diriyah Biennale Foundation has announced the four architecture studios shortlisted for the 2027 AlMusalla Prize, an international competition that commissions the design of a musalla, a space for prayer, reflection, and contemplation, for the third edition of the Islamic Arts Biennale.
