The automotive world is ushering in a new era. Supercars, poised to enter the market with the power of advanced technology and software, are reaching new heights in terms of speed, technology, and design. The supercars preparing to meet their drivers are shaping the vision of the future not only with their high horsepower but also with their aerodynamic innovations, hybrid, and electric systems.

These supercars, poised to make their mark on automotive history in 2026, see some brands revitalize their roots with a modern perspective, while others venture into entirely new directions. These vehicles don’t just push boundaries; they’re shaping the future of motoring. Whether you’re after speed, practicality, or comfort, these vehicles have a lot to offer.

Here are the 10 most anticipated supercars of 2026:

    1. Aston Martin Valhalla

First unveiled in 2019, the Aston Martin Valhalla has become one of the most highly anticipated supercars, standing out as one of the brand’s boldest projects to incorporate Formula 1 technology into the road. Briefly featured in the 2021 film James Bond: No Time to Die, the car retained its futuristic design while undergoing significant improvements to its powertrain over the years.

The Aston Martin Valhalla features a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine with three electric motors producing over 1,000 horsepower. Two of the motors are located at the front axle, providing all-wheel drive, while the other, integrated into the transmission, acts as a starter-generator. The electric setup is powered by a 6.0 kWh battery pack that can be recharged during deceleration. The motors also allow the car to operate in EV mode, covering 14.8 km at speeds of up to 130 km/h. The supercar, limited to 999 units, is expected to sell for approximately $1 million.

    2. Hyundai N Vision 74

Introduced in 1974, the Giugiaro-designed Hyundai Pony Coupe Concept serves as the inspiration for the Hyundai N Vision 74, one of the most anticipated supercars of 2026. Designer SangYup Lee describes this supercar as Hyundai’s “homage to its roots.” Representing a vision of a sustainable future, this supercar surpasses all expectations of what high-performance cars of the future should look like.

The N Vision 74, the first high-performance Rolling Lab built on a state-of-the-art hydrogen fuel cell, is designed to balance aerodynamics and cooling. With this functional aesthetic, high-performance technology is seamlessly integrated into the design to meet the heat management requirements of an FCEV.

With rear-wheel drive (RWD), two electric motors, each separate for each wheel, provide a total of approximately 500 kW of power and 900 Nm of torque, while the system includes an 85 kW fuel cell connected to a 62.4 kWh battery and two hydrogen tanks with a storage capacity of 4.2 kg. The battery, which supports 800V fast charging, can reach 80% charge in 5 minutes.

The interior of the N Vision 74 inherits the driver-focused cockpit of the Hyundai Pony Coupe, blending modern design with functional motorsport seats. To create a distinct N-specific interior atmosphere, Hyundai added Performance Blue accents throughout the cabin.

    3. Polestar 6

The Polestar 6, a striking roadster that showcases how electric performance can merge with luxury and design, is one of the most anticipated supercars of 2026. Inspired by icons like the Porsche 911 and Taycan, this O2 convertible concept delivers an exceptional driving experience. Built on a fully electric platform, the Polestar 6 is powered by a dual-motor system producing 872 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just about 3.2 seconds. Its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.

Offering linear controls, smooth body movements, and balanced braking, the Polestar 6 will be released in 2026, with early production dates already in place. Featuring sharp lines, a convertible body, and a minimalist Scandinavian design philosophy, it demonstrates just how powerful and elegant the future of electric supercars can be.

    4. BMW Skytop

Poised to be one of the most prestigious cars of 2026, the  BMW Skytop is a supercar that blends the brand’s classic roadster tradition with modern engineering. Based on the current 8 Series Convertible, the two-seater stands out with a sleek and sophisticated appearance that sets it apart from its peers.

This impressively designed supercar, featuring an illuminated kidney grille and a central spine extending from the rear trunk lid, will be powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine derived from the M8 Competition. Therefore, it is expected to have approximately 617 horsepower and 553 ft-lbs of torque. Paying tribute to BMW’s iconic roadsters such as the Z8 and the 507, the Skytop will be produced in an ultra-limited run of just 50 units, making it as exclusive as it is powerful.

    5. 2026 McLaren 750S

The 2026 McLaren 750S, an evolution of the 2024-2025 versions, is one of the most anticipated supercars of 2026. Born from the carbon fiber DNA of the legendary F1, sharpened with the innovation of the 12C, and perfected through the dominance of the 720S, the McLaren 750S delivers 740 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque from its twin-turbo V8 engine into an ultra-lightweight silhouette of just 2,815 lbs (1,277 kg).

Around 30% of its components have been redesigned, including a quicker steering rack, recalibrated Proactive Chassis Control, and the extended lightweight active rear wing that increases downforce without adding drag. Reaching 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds with faster gear ratios, the McLaren 750S locks in your preferred driving profile with race-trained precision.

The Carbon Fiber Pack highlights stand out, wrapping driver-focused technology in motorsport texture. Exposed woven carbon channels on the rear bumper with contrasting stripes, along with carbon mirror caps, sharpen the silhouette for an unmistakably aggressive stance.

    6. Jannarelly Aella 60

The Ferrari 360 Modena-based Jannarelly Aella 60 is one of the most anticipated supercars of 2026 with its retro-futuristic lines. This supercar, offering a full solo driving experience, is known as the “Beyond Restomod” and was designed by Anthony Jannarelly. French-built, the Aella 60 emphasizes simplicity and purity, with flowing curves that pay homage to the sports cars of the 1960s.

At its core lies the Ferrari 360 Modena’s 3.6-liter V8 engine, tuned to deliver 473 horsepower, paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Able to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, the Aella 60 is a delight to drive. Despite its vintage-inspired exterior, the cabin offers modern comfort touches such as air conditioning and phone connectivity. Exclusively crafted by the Italian company Podium Advanced Technologies, only 60 units of the Aella 60 will be produced, with an expected price of $895,380.

    7. Jaguar All-Electric Super GT

The Jaguar Super-GT, set to launch in 2026, is a four-door, fully electric supercar. Designed under the brand’s “Design Vision” concept, the Super-GT features a wide, angular, sharply defined body wrapped in heavy camouflage. Following in the footsteps of luxury sedans and SUVs, this supercar reflects the brand’s dynamic heritage while embracing a radical new aesthetic. Jaguar, which has announced a definitive focus on electric vehicles in 2021, will launch the Super GT, the first of several models under its Jaguar Electric Architecture (JEA) system, focusing on creating a driver-friendly interior experience without overwhelming users with unnecessary technology.

Inspired by the brand’s Type 00 concept, the car incorporates daring design elements such as a continuous roof-to-rear structure with no rear window, replaced instead by an integrated camera system. The prototype was designed with aerodynamic performance and crash testing in mind, with a range of 430 miles in its most efficient configuration. The Jaguar All-Electric Super GT, featuring a 986-horsepower engine and a top speed of 160 mph, is expected to start at around £100,000.

    8. Genesis X Gran Berlinetta

The Genesis X Gran Berlinetta, a striking supercar that embodies Genesis’s “Athletic Elegance” philosophy, is a concept car developed as part of Polyphony Digital’s Vision Gran Turismo project. Unveiled in December 2023 at the Gran Turismo World Series World Finals in Barcelona, the supercar was added to Gran Turismo 7 in January 2024.

The car adopts a front design without Genesis’ signature crest grille, instead connecting the emblem through quad light strips that extend to the rear, carrying the brand’s iconic two-line motif across the entire body. Magma Color reflects Genesis’s high-performance ethos. Inside, the X Gran Berlinetta Concept prioritizes essential controls to maximize track-focused performance.

With an impressive aerodynamic flow, the X Gran Berlinetta Concept manages layered air channels inside and out to achieve a drag coefficient of 0.34. Designed for hybrid racing performance, the powertrain delivers a combined 1,071 hp and 986 lb-ft of torque. The roaring V6 revs up to 10,000 rpm, producing 870 hp and 790 lb-ft of torque, while the Yasa E-motor contributes an additional 201 hp and 196 lb-ft of torque.

    9. Bugatti Tourbillon

The 2026 Bugatti Tourbillon, the first all-new design since Bugatti’s 2021 merger with electric supercar maker Rimac, replaces the mega-powerful Chiron in the company’s lineup. With sculpted, flowing curves, this supercar is powered by a bespoke V16 engine. The Tourbillon combines the multi-cylinder gas engine with three electric motors, delivering a total of 1,775 horsepower, surpassing all previous Bugatti models.

The interior offers a fully tactile experience, featuring luxurious materials like leather, machined metal, and crystal. Eschewing autonomous driving and screen-heavy infotainment systems, the Tourbillon harkens back to Bugatti’s early days, offering a pure, analog driving experience, but much faster. The Bugatti Tourbillon is expected to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.0 seconds and from 0 to 250 mph in approximately 25 seconds, and its price is expected to start around $4,600,000.

    10. Morgan Supersport Roadster

One of the most anticipated supercars of 2026, the Morgan Supersport Roadster combines the brand’s timeless craftsmanship with modern engineering. The Supersport, an effortless blend of dynamic performance and contemporary, unique design, delivers pure driving pleasure. While staying true to Morgan’s DNA, the Supersport presents a more contemporary and minimalist design, built on the new ‘CXV’ aluminum platform, making it the most dynamic Morgan yet.

Rather than chasing lap times or brake horsepower figures, the Supersport prioritizes driver engagement and enjoyment, making it a performance-oriented sports car for enthusiasts. Built on the CXV’s aluminum platform, the CXV offers a 10% increase in torsional rigidity, while the carbon roof option extends this increase by an additional 10%. The interchangeable roof, which allows for switching between a carbon composite hard top and a foldable mohair soft top, gives the Supersport a versatile identity.

Classic Morgan styling cues are preserved in the Supersport Roadster, with a long hood, horseshoe grille, and round headlights blended with modern lines. At the rear, a boat-tail form and elegant diffuser details stand out. Weighing just 1,170 kg (2,579 lbs), the supercar produces 335 hp and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in approximately 3.9 seconds. Equipped with BMW’s 3.0L B58 i6 turbo engine, the Supersport sends power to the rear wheels via a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission.
