The Liuzhou Forest City, located north of Liuzhou, a Chinese city of about 1.5 million people in the southern and mountainous province of Guangxi, is the world’s first Forest City: an urban organism where offices, houses, hotels, hospitals, and schools are almost entirely covered by plants and trees of various varieties and sizes.
