‘Time Space Existence’ Exhibition presents innovative and sustainable solutions for the future
This year, as part of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2023, the European Social Place (ECC) revealed its sixth installment of the wide plan display titled “Time Space Existence.”
Flowin’ Footbridge is a project by Barberio Colella Architetti (Maurizio Barberio and Micaela Colella) and Angelo Figliola in collaboration with Zheng Hui Chen; located in Moganshan Town, Zhejiang, China.
The NB logo was transformed into a “Footprint” image, built with over 4000 pieces of bamboo copters and 900 semi-transparent strips. With refined calculating, the ideal shape can easily attract people’s attention when viewed from both front and side.
“Timeless Beacon” will be on display until the summer of 2024, and it parallels the time scales of history and the future through design, highlighting the value of emotion and inspiration left by the building.
Designed by WAY Object Studio, HON is an art piece inspired by biomimicry that features luminous elements for night-time display. Its design is reminiscent of undulating waves that symbolize enduring hope as long as there is wind.
