HOK has revealed the design of New York City Football Club’s new 25,000-capacity open-air stadium in Queens, set to be the first fully electric stadium next to Citi Field.

HOK will expand the current program of the stadium by wrapping it in sinuous, reflective cladding and covering it in a see-through “membrane”. The team has referred to the design as the “Stadium of the Future.”
