As the urban population continues to grow at a rapid pace, city planning faces several pressing questions. The key challenges are housing, sufficient infrastructure, and availability of space- all of which increase the demand for resources.

Architecture continued with an human-centric approach for a long period of time. The actions for the built environment are carried out by people and for people. The posthuman perspective is a wider understanding of bringing human, non-human; living, non-living; nature, and technology together.

Architecture has no bounds it is only limited to one’s thought process. Architecture is expanding into all layers of our biosphere, from building on the land to reaching the sky, up on the tree, under the earth, and now moving towards the water.
